  • Produced in compliance with the following norms DIN 31001-1 / DIN 4554 / ZH 1/428 and TÜV PP Test 51021:1996.
  • Safety cabinet completely produced in electrogalvanized steel painted with epoxide acid-proof powder coating electrostatically applied through thermic tunnel at 200°C. Smooth painting in the most delicate parts, and textured in the exposed parts. Thickness of painting from a minimum of 60 μm (micron) to a maximum of 250 μm (micron), as per procedure UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
  • 2 separate compartments: one for acid and one for lye storage (mod. AB900/50 and AB1200/50).
  • Shelves made of painted acid-proof 10/10 mm thickness steel or stainless steel AISI 304 with extractable shelves providing easy handling of the goods stored. The brackets are supplied with an anti-falling security lock. Shelves are in basin shaped in order to collect liquid spills or breakages. Each shelf capacity is 6-9 litres and 40/100 kg loading capacity.
  • Watertight bottom basin made of acid-proof painted steel or stainless steel AISI 304 thickness 10/10 mm to collect spills, 6-9 litres capacity.

 

 

  • 110° for doors’ opening to allow the easy extraction of the shelf without tilting it.
  • Acid- proof hiding hinges.
  • Security handle in compliance with anti-accident norms with newlock and key, with multi points closure
  • Thermically protected electro aspirator IMQ IPX4 CE made of polymer class V0 to grant the highest level of self extinguishing, in conformity with EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-80.
