The AC1200CMF / CME safety cabinet is able to store approximately 160 litres of liquid and solid flammables in accordance with EN 14470-1 norm, with protection against hot and cold fumes. This is a “Type 90” unit giving 90 minutes fire resistance. The AC1200CME is more basic unit yet still offering excellent safety.

Technical Data

“Fire test” in compliance with EN 1363-1:1999 e UNI EN1363-1:2001.
Built in pickled and electro-galvanized steel 10/10 mm painted with epoxy acid- proof powder coating electrostatically applied through a thermal tunnel at 200°C. Smooth painting in the most delicate parts, and textured in the exposed parts. Thickness of painting from a minimum of 60 μm (micron) to a maximum of 250 μm (micron), as per UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 procedure.
Completely sealed monolithic construction. New building method with double cases, completely isolated by a special fire insulation. New internal fireproof insulation made up of porous insulating material with high fire resistance completely ecological.
Internal body panel made of anti-scratch material, resistant to corrosive products.
Trimming inflatable 8+6 mm (DIN 4102) that swells in case of fire, isolating the inside of the cabinet from the outside. Extra trimming inflatable with protection against ‘Cold and Hot fumes’ and dust.
Self-closing door with automatic return and independent opening, so that the user is free to open the door to the right with the right hand, and to the left with left hand.
Ventilation system equipped with 2 certified safety valves for airrecycle that automatically close at 70 ± 10° C in compliance with the Norm EN 14470-1. The valves are positioned on the top and on the bottom of the cabinet in order to grant the release of substances. External connection collar 100 mm.

Anti-spark hinges
3 easily removable shelves pickled and electro-galvanized steel painted with epoxy acid-proof powered coating 10/10 mm thickness steel with extractable brackets providing easy handling of the goods stored. The brackets are supplied with an anti-falling security lock.
Tray shaped shelves to collect any liquid spills or breakages. Volume of shelf: 14lt. Capacity of shelf: 80 Kg(mod. AC 1200CM).
3 fixed shelves that can be easily extractable, made of pickled and electro-galvanized steel painted with epoxy acid-proof powder coating 10/10 mm thickness, fixed with screwed brackets. The brackets are supplied with an anti-falling security lock; possibility to change the height of the shelf. Tray shaped shelf to collect any liquid spills or breakages. Volume of shelf: 14 lt. Watertight bottom basin made of pickled and electro-galvanized steel painted with epoxy acid-proof powder coating 10/10 mm thickness. Volume 45 lt.
Safety catch ‘Ignis-lock®’ that keeps the doors closed in case of fire.
“CE” norm key lock.
“No smoking” and “Fire” warning stickers on the doors (European Norms DIN 4844 and ISO 3864).
