A large refurbishment project for Dunn Human Nutrition, that involved providing initial layout designs and budget estimates.

The project, involved the removal of existing furniture and services, before removing walls to create a large laboratory and write up facility from a smaller laboratory and library area.

The scope of works included, building works, installation of suspended ceiling and lighting,
New vinyl flooring, manufacture, and installation of the laboratory and write up area furniture.
Installation of two fume cupboards and duct connections to existing building extract and fresh air systems.
Providing all Mechanical and Electrical Installation
