Modular Laboratory Fit-Out at White City for Stanhope and Morgan Lovell
As a prominent property owner, investor, and asset manager, Stanhope recognised the growing demand for specialised science and research facilities in the UK. To meet this need, they collaborated with Morgan Lovell to deliver a high-quality modular laboratory fit-out at their White City Place development—transforming the space into four advanced, adaptable research suites designed to attract leading scientific and research tenants.
InterFocus was appointed by Morgan Lovell as the laboratory fit-out contractor following a series of showroom visits, where the capabilities of the IFlexx modular benching system were reviewed in detail. This innovative system became a central feature of the laboratory design, providing the flexibility and functionality required for modern research environments.
The IFlexx modular benching, paired with modular service ceiling tiles offering integrated power and data, allowed for a fully adaptable infrastructure that can evolve with tenant requirements. This flexibility ensures long-term value and usability, accommodating the dynamic nature of research and development work.
